Davis, of Walnut Cove, spent Tuesday nightin Danbury visiting friends. Mr. E. J. Vaden. of Vade Mecum, spent a few hours here yesterdav attending to some 1 business matters. Mr. G. Wilson Priddy, of Route 1, accompanied by his son, Robt. H. Priddy, visited Danbury Tuesday. Mr. Bud Smith, of Meadows, who was here today, has purch ased the farm of Mr. Zeb V. Martin who will remove to (iuil-1 for county soon. Mr. .1. F. Suthern was here today from Germanton Route 1. He reports the condition of Mr. W. G. Slate about the same no improvement. I ". v.
