Urge Col. Roosevelt To Ron. New York, July 15. Colonel Roosevelt came to New York today and in a conference at progressive headquarters was urged by a number of State and city party leaders to reconsider his determination not to run for Governor. Joyce, a child born of the mar liage of plaintiff and defendant. It is ordered by the court that publication of notice be made for four successive weeks in the Danbury Reporter, a newspaper published in Stokes County, N. j C., notifying the defendant John Joyce to appear at the next civil term of the Superior Court to be held for the county of Stokes at the court house in Danbury, N. C.. on the Sth Mon day of the first Monday in Sept., 1014, being the second day of November, 1014, and answer or demur to the complaint now on file in said cause.
