King, Jan. 4.—On January 3, l!il5, Galatia Christian Sunday School after one of the greatest year's wark in its history re organized. After singing and prayer the school was called to order and a careful considera tion of the work was made. All of its officers were re-elected and it set out each and every one with a deeper interest and de termination to have a greater Bible school this year. We, the members of Galatia Christian church, feel thankful to our Cod for our success in our work and kindly ask all to join m with us this year and help to fipht the battle and share a part h the crown that will be given rs in the linal judgment. If we i rove faithful to the end there is :i work along this line for us to il if we ever expect to cross 0 er„the river and see our many friends and loved ones gone on before and during the year 11*13 let's every one in this county who attends Sunday School makes no difference where -try 1 get our neighters to go—those who do not go. We can see other things dis cussed through our papers but seldom see anything about our Sunday Schools. Each Sunday School should at some time dur ing the year send a report to our county papers and get Sunday School people more interested in the work. Let's all make a strong effort this year to double our enrollment. It can easily be done. Look around an i see how small a per cent, of the entire population is in Sunday School. Some argue that our Sunday School and church work is a failure, but just think for a moment: if we had no churches or Sunday Schools how long would it be until our country would drift back into heathenism? Of course we admit all do not hold out, some faint and fall by the way side, on the other hand we do see old ones holding out faithful to the end. If only one in each hundred hold out it is a great success, therefore, those who do hold out, let's work the harder to obtain the crown, Let's not neglect the poor as we go along. They should have special attention. I know some thing about this. I have always been poor and feel at times cramped because I feel common ly dressed among others wearing •. Iter clothing than I, and some t.mes we see this class of peo ple neglected in our churches and Sunday Schools and take the back seat. This class of people to my opinion will have the front seat in Heaven. The poor that bear the heat and burden of the day and are deprived of the good things of this life, they have the promise of eternal life if they serve God. Our Sunday School is open to all. old and young, rich and poor, of all denominations. Come: you are welcome. GAL ATI A CHRISTIAN S. S.
