Booth Lists Those | Which Will Open The Season Starts On October 10 In The Twin City Winston-Salem, Oct. 2—Thir teen warehouses will be operated here during the season which open a October 10, J. T. Booth, sale s supervisor, announced to day. He listed the warehouses which Will be operated during the sea son as follows: Farmers, Plant ers, Taylor's, George Davis', Piedmont, Brown's, Glenn's, Lib erty, Perper's, Gorrell's, Caro lina, Central and Banner. J, 1339 SUPERIOR COURT BEGINS MONDAY FIRST WEEK FOR THE TRIAL . OF CRIMINAL CASES—SEC OND WEEK TO BE DEVOTED TO CIVIL ACTIONS—LARGE CRIMINAL DOCKET. Court begins here next Mon day with the largest criminal docket for years. Judge Zeb V. Nettle a will preside and Ralph Scott, solicitor, will prosecute for the State. Two capital cgse 8 are on for trial, to-wit: State vs. Eli T. Rogers, charge, murder; State vs. Claude Southern,' charge, manslaughter. Most of the other cast s on the docket are for violations of th; liquor laws, reckless driving, drunk driving, etc. The cr.minal calendar embraces Saturday, and the term will doubtless last a full week.
