The Panic. Chicago, June is.The condition of affairs on exchange at noon to-day was terrible. Kershaw & Co.. arc of ficially posted as having failed to go through the clearing house. This means their collapse. It is said that Rosenfeld & Co.. garnisheed Kershaw's account in the American Exchange National Bank. Crosby & Co., a great house has also collapsed. The bank' of ficials in this city do not apprehend that there will be any trouble affecting the institution in Chicago or other im portant western points.
