Sinclair, a tall, fine-looking colored man of genuine African ex traction, is the latest victim ol the class discrimination on' Georgia rail roads. He arrived here yesteiday from Augusta, Ga. Sam Breen and Eph Jones were terribly whipped by a jnob at Graysville, Ga., this morning. Breen had made dis paraging rernarks about a respectable young woman of Graysville on July 4 and a mob was organized.to resent the insult. . Thy went to the house of Jones, where Breen was boarding, and after breaking down the door, cap tured bath of the men. Breen was whipped almost to death and ordered to leave the town inside of twenty- four hours. Jones was severely casti- gated for reSisting ths mob. Breen wanted to swear out a warrant for the arrest of the mob, but was informed that such a proceeding meant "certain death.' Another Complaint, Washington, July 7.
