Caldwell —25% to municipalities. Pender —33 1-3% to municipalities. Pitt-—County ARC board authorized to spend from 5% to 20% of profits for enforcement, including , payments to towns to help pay salaries of en forcement officers. Person —20% to Roxboro. Guilford —50% to municipalities. Alamance—l3 1-3% to municipali ties. Richmond—so% to municipalities. Davidson—so% to municipalities. Durham—so% to city of Durham. Franklin—ls% of ABC profits to 4 towns in proportion to population. Now Hanover—66 2-3% to Wilming ton on stores in city. 75% to Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach on stores in those resorts. Brunswick —Allows county commis sion to divide with municipalities. McDowell—so% to municipalities. Wayne—25 r s to municalities. Duplin—so r r to municipalities. Iredell—so% to municipalities.
