When the heart Q was led, West played the heart J, 30 that the third heart trick was v/on by East, who cashed his re maining clubs and set the contract two. At the third table, the West player also tossed his heart K on the first heart lead, but this de clarer, Merwin D. What action should West take 7 such waste. The tank should be emptied only into sewer connection or by other approved methods of disposal provided by the commu nity. When equipped with water tanks for the use of the trailer family, these tanks must be in spected by an approved health au thority at intervals of six months, so as to guarantee the potability of the water. Regulations con cerning parking, food supply, ven tilation, cleanliness and screening also are included in this code. Pasteurized milk is recommended exclusively, although it seems to me that this could be extended to such canned milks as evaporated, Klim and Dryco. An especial regulation which ap plies to trailer families, as it does to any other family, is the neces sity for securing medical attention if illness arises. I believe the trail er family should be required to have a certificate showing that they all have been vaccinated against smallpox, diphtheria and typhoid fever. The hazard which the trailer family itself meets is the provision of safe water and milk. Safe wa- I rer is available along the high ways in most states, and with rea- S sonable precautions this seldom constitutes a problem, but the trailer family must have some guarantee that the water it obtains is safe. The obtaining of safe milk, while slightly more difficult, offers no great hazard to the care ful purchaser. American communities must shortly take cognizance of the trailer element in our lives. Only after provision and facilities have been made for aiding their sanita tion, can regulations be enforced* THIMBLE THEATRE Starring POPEYE Bars Do Not A Prison Make ' By E. C.
