fight the Fascists" since last Aug.
7, Richard C. Daly, 25, returned to
his Elyria, 0., home on Christmas
furlough and registered for selec
tive service. Now he is torn between
becoming a Canadian army de
serter or a U. S. draft delinquent.
He is scheduled for U. S. service
starting Jan. 31, and National
Draft Director Clarence A. Dyk
stra has ruled Daly must serve.
