Frame World Court Plan

completed plans for a world court
and prepared to present them to the
San Francisco conference next
week.
Working at top speed the past
nine days, legal experts of all the
United Nations except South Africa,
India and Poland, have revised the
organic law of tin· old permanent
court of international justice, which
formerly met at The Hague, in Hol
land.
This court still technically is in
existence, as is its parent organiza
tion, the League of Nations, but it
has Mot sal since Holland was in·
va 1 eel.

Details of the proposed court or
