Depot Case Reheard

court on the depot case is now in
progress. The hearing will be
upon jointed arguments alone.
The railroad's attorneys filed
their bfrief some days ago. They
claim fat the Supreme court I

say thatt the deed under which
they claim the square was not
considered in the first appeal,
but thas the court on the last ap
peal ms&e the mistake of surv
posingjthat they had considered
the demand after doing so had

the right of way of a hundred
feet, on|fcach side of the railway.
