HERNDON | Assistant Superintendent oi , j Agencies in Western North , j Carolina. The North State Mutual is for tunate in closing a contract with Mr. J. A. Herndon.who is a gen tleman of splend id address; fine ability and with it one of the best all round life insurance men in this country. He is now lo cated at Hickory. As a sample of his hustling qualities he went to Hickory one day last week, made a contract with Mr. E. V. Morton to repre sent us at Hickory, and sent us -Lsix nice applications as a result of two days work with Mr. Mor ton. He will soon make perma nent headquarters somewhere in Piedmont or Western North Car olina. Mr. R. M. Dulaney has been with us as Assistant Superinten dent of Agencies for several months, has done most excellent work, and is now located at Win ston. Now with these two gen tlemen assisting the Agency De partment in the western part of North Carolina, there is going to be "something doing." These gentlemen are busy getting busi ness, but will gladly work with and instruct an agent a few days or week on an equal division of commissions. Provided the agent has some prospects to work on— by prospects we mean men who can "pass and pay" and are open for insurance. If an agent can close his prospects himself, all the better, but if he cannot do | so, and will write me, I will t*ke it up with one of these gentle men with a view to getting him to help you out.—The North State Bulletin.
