Three men were killed and Aftv injured July 24 by the light ning storm that swept the na tional camp at Gettysburg where 100,000 of the National Guard were gathered. Many of the tents collapsed and the lightning bolts striking here and there produced one of the mo3t con fused scenes since the war. This is what Hon. Jake Moore State Warden of Georgia says of Kodol For Dyspepsia: "E. C. DeWitt & Co., Chicago 111 Dear sir —I have suffer ed more than twenty years from indig estion. CHILDREN LIKE IT KENNEDY'S LAXATIVE COUCH SYRUP The Political Outlook. Experts in the hire of the Evening Post, of New York, have sized up the political situa tion thus: "The two parties stand for the same thing. It will be a campaign of personalities. The candidates will not count. It will be a campaign of principles. Bryan will be the next presi dent of the United States. Taft will be the next president Bryan was the choice of the partv, but the Republican con vention was steam-rolled. Taft was the free choice of his party, but the Democratic con j vention was in the hands of a dictator. Bryan has no show. 1 Taft cannot be elected." We have no hesitancy in en dorsing this as a conservative appraisal of the situation. JUST EXACTLY RIGHT.
