Durham Herald: The case of C. H. Norton vs. the North Carolina railway company, was decided Friday night by the jury allowing Mr. Norton $20,000 damages for the injures he received while crossing the above named road last spriug Mr. and Mrs. O. M. Royster returned last week from Florida, where they have been for the last three or four months. Mr. Royster, who left here in feeble health, looks very much re cuperated.
