Many songs were sung during the even'ner by the young ladies and we were all privileged with a tenor solo by Mr. Harold Deal of this city. The body was received into the great rotunda of the cityt hall by Major James Rolph, Jr., Maj. Gen. Franklin Eell and Rear Admiral Wil liam F. Fullam, U. S. N., and Gen eral Bell's staff officers. Mesages of condolence from all sec tions of th.3 couitrv were received by Mrs. Funston. The funeral proces sion will be composed of two regi ments of coast artillery headed by Major General J. Franklin Bell, com manding the Western department. In terment will be made at the Nat'onal Cemetery in the presido reservation with full military -rites.
