GERMAN COLLEGE STUDENTS DEMAND REDUCED TUITION (By Associated Press) Berlin, July 9.—The stndents o: state institutions in Prussia have threatened to boycott lectures anc classes unless the fees for attending coleges and universities are cut t< one-third of the present amounts. The threat was made at a meeting recent ly of representatives of the studen unions 0f all Prussian higher insti tutions of learning. The students represetatives de dared that the students economicallj are not in a position to afford th< fees fixed by the Prussian ministry of culture and education. They denie< that the students have gone on strike but said that the pecuniary distres of the students compe s many o. them not to pay their fees and to remain away from the lecture.
