It purports to be non-partisan, just as that much abused Reform Club of New , York claims to be non-partisan. However, there were several facts in the report of the organization - of this el'ub-which caught our eyes. They were these: The Club was organized in the office of that prince of non-partisans, the Pro gressive Farmer ; Mr. G. Ed Kest ler of t he Vestibule, limited, to Concord, North Carolina, was elected president, and Heal W. Ayer of the Caucasian was elected Secretary. The charter members all belong to some organization5 other than the Democratic party.
