A sad aftermath of the Christ mas holidays in Advance was the accidental shooting and killiDg of Bahnson Orrell, a youug white boy 14 years old, while out hunt ing with John Tolbeit, a youth of 12 years. The two boye, it seems, had flushed a covey of partdridges, and became separated, young Tol btrt going one way and Orrell the other. In the excitement the gun was fired piematurely, the whole load taking effect in the right side causing death almost instantly.
