Deputv Marshal Patterson and his two sons, Horatio and Tyler, left town Wednesday! evening about dark for the Table Rock section on the hunt of a moonshine distillerv reported to be in operation there. They located the illicit "sow-paw" manufactory about 4 o'clock Thursday morning and advanced upon it, capturing the whole "lay out," including three men, who were in the building. Judge Burwell has been holding court here for the past few davs as referee in the case of State Treasurer Worth vs. the Piedmont Bank and T. M. Webb and others, bondsmen.
