is now in Martin Memorial hospital
suffering from »broken shoulder blade
and varioua bruises and cut* about
the face and body.
Dunavant placed seven (tick* of dy
namite in a drill bole on the grade
now being constructed across the
mountain near Lowgap on Wednesday
evening just at clueing time. He fir
ed the fume but for tone reason the
charge waa pot exploded. Thursday
morning he attempted to set off the
charge by Malta of another stick of
powder placed in the hot* « top of
the unexploded charge. He lighted
