Hohl.a notorious automobile bandit, was shot to death by policemen here today after a sensational three hours' of crime, which included daylight rob beries of two Cincinnati banks, theft of an automobile, and a pistol duel with the police, resulting in wounds to one officer expected to prove fatal. Thirteen thousand and one hundred dollars are missing as the result of the bank robberies. The police believe that HohL in his wild automobile drives, managed to pass the moneye along to confederate. Canady on North Queen street a a a Kindergarten Christmas Entertainment The room in the new Christian church, used by Miss Mildred McDan iel for her kindergarten play school, and made wonderfully attractive by the pictures, tiny chairs and work ta bles, was the scene of unusual mer riment on Wednesday morning, when the little folks assembled, with their mothers to enjoy the pretty tree. The tiny tots surprised their elders with the dainty little gifts their own skill ful baby fingers had wrought. Each gift had been made by the boys and girls and made the tree look as is Santa had just emptied a large part of his pack in their midst. As soon as the procession of lit tle ones entered and joined hands in a circle around the tree, making mer ry with songs and ercitations the tree became ablaze with sparkles which lent their brilliancy to the occasion. He was engaged by the Panama-Pacific International Expo sition to arrange for an aerial race around the world in 1915, as one of the big features of the exposition. Owing - to the existing conditions in Europe and parts of the Orient as a result of the world-wide war, the exposition management was forced' to abandon the race, as the greater part of the course was necessarily through the countries engaged in war.
