C. A. ' Bonk and James " A, Da vis alleged deserter from the First Infantry, were taken from the local jail to Csmp Glenn this morning by Lt J. W, Welch. The men were arrested by the police late Monday, and confesned that they in tended deserting, although the time that was required to make fnera de serter under military law had not elapsed. They were in civilian cloth es. 'One of the men' had left Camp Glenn before, and told the police that he would y"ktp out" again if the op portunity was presented.
