The two cases on the criminal docket last week that attracted most attention were the Lytle mur der case from Old Fort, which re sulted in a conviction and four months sentence, and the four, cases against the Southern Railroad for operating freight trains on Sunday, and three cases against the C. C. & O. Railroad Company for the same offence.
