' - - COUNTY FAIR NEXT WEEK Arrangement Completed for Fourth Annual McDowell Fair Which Promises to Be Best Yet. i Most of the arrangements for the fourth annual McDowell Coun ty pair, which promises to be the best ever held in Marion, have been completed. Varied attrac tions have been booked and a large number of exhibits entered, Jhe first entry was made by Mr: F. J. Chapman. "Pansy!! his prize Jer sey milch cow, heads the list. The parade scheduled for Friday, October 23, will be one of the best features of the fair. Not only school children but everyone mav take part in this. Prizes are offer ed for the best floats, decorated buggies, autos, etc. In addition to a daily balloon 1 ii , .
