An act of the extra session o the General Assembly of 1920 defines the residence of a married woman living with her husband to be where her husband resides, and that of a wo man living separate and apart from her husband to be where she actually resides. "Where a person has moved from one precinct to another precinct in the same county within four months from the election, such person should register and vote at the old precinct.
