Early interest in trap shooting has never been greater and it promises well for the coming tournament season. Wednesday afternoon an informal sweepstake shoot for a pewter stein was held, twenty-live single targets, from the expert traps, and .John C. Thompson, of Fast Liverpool, ()., was the winner. .1. V. Hall, of Pittsburg, finished sec ond; Herbert L. Jillson, of Worcester, third; and F. A. King, of Xorthboro and William F. Macgraw, of Philadelphia, tied for fourth place. Dr. George S.
