The week at these two hotels has been one of the gayest of the season, among the pleasantest of numerous affairs being a progamme of old plantation songs given by Miss Nellie A. Orbison on Monday evening, with banjo accompaniment and old Kentucky accent. The Caddy band serenade, given in front of the hotel Tuesday evening afforded a rare treat and was responsible for a mirth provoking cake-walk given on the broad piazza by Mr. Harry Waldron and Miss Anna Kelly. The regular weekly card party was a repetition of military euchre which made a hit several weeks ago, Mrs. Frank Mehaffey xf Chambersburg, Mrs. E. C. Corraerais of Amesbury, Mr. T. W. Still man of Chicago and Mr. C. C. McCord of Pittsburg, making up the winning team. Mr. Stillmau carried off the lone hand or highest individual score prize. AMONG THE GUESTS. Mrs. M. E. Brackett of New York, will spend the remainder of the season here, her eon, Mr. E. It. Brackett, leaving after seeing her comfort ably settled. Mr. A. S. Buttcrfield of Evansville, Ind., comes for three weeks' golf. Mrs. D. W. Gregory and young son of New York, and her charming sisters, Mrs. II. S.
