Mr. Frank Weilbacher of New York, returns for a fortnight. Mr. and Mrs. Willis Wendell of Amsterdam, are here for the week. Rev. and Mrs. Louis II. Jordan and Mrs. James Fairie of Montreal, arc spending a few days here. Mr. and Mrs. Granville Perrin of New York, return for February. Mr. and Mrs. W. M. Dunlap of Montclair, are here for a two week's visit. Mr. H. P. Scott and Mr. Ilarland Scott of Wil mington, join Mr. and Mrs. McChesney. Mr. R. W. .Norton of Kennebunkport, owner of old Ford Inn, was a guest of the week. Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Boalt, Master Ralph Boalt, Miss Bettie Boilt, and Miss Outlir of Winona, Minn., return for tbe season. Mrs. II. St. John Smith of Portland, is wel comed back by a large circle of friends and acquaintances. Mr. A. F. Gotthold and Mr. L. F. Wilcox of New York, are here for a week's shooting. Capt. J. O. Von Schmidt of New York, is again here for golf. Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Blakeslee of Cleveland, join Mr. and Mrs. Dreher. ' Mr. A. O. Miller of Montclair, is spending the week here. Miss Helen C. Weaver of Media, joins Mrs. Worth. Mr. and Mrs. A. W. Walton of Philadelphia, will remain several weekB. D. Livingston and Mr. W. A. McGregor of De troit, are among those who come for the St. Val entine's tournament. Mrs. C. Walsh and Mrs. M. Drlscoll of Brook lyn, come for a long sojourn. Miss Bertha M. Stand of Rochester, is here for the season. Mr. Henry W. Flasrer of Brockton, loins Messrs. Davis and Stall for a three weeks visit. ; Mr. C. W. Stone of Schenectady, spent the week here. Mr. and Mrs. William West of Camden, N. J., are here for the season. At Th llollr Inn. Arrivals of the week have filled The Holly Inn to the very doors and made it necessary to send many who desired to come to the other local hotels. Interest of the week at The Berkshire centered in Thursdav evenine-'s "Five . f CD ' Hundred " party for local charities, something like forty dollars being netted, and many hotel guests and cottagers joining in making up the large party. Mrs. D. K. Stacki of Buffalo, captured the principal prize, a handsome vase donated by Mr. and Mrs. Merrow, Miss Bessie Griffin of Providence, Mr. G. L. Wilson of Brooklyn, and Mr. Converse Wurdeman of Milwaukee, won other prizes. Refreshments were served at the close of play. AMONG THE GUESTS. Mrs. E. G. Davis and Miss S. G. Various events in small caliber, short range rifle shooting are being planned from the fifty yard mark at the pistol range, and it has been suggested that all those interested send their names to the officers of the pistol club in order that plans for a series of handicap events mav be made. Cucti of Priest. Miss Lucy K. Priest entertained Miss Ethel Check, Mr. E. S. Parmelee and Mr L. D. Pierce at dinner at The Carolina Thursday evening.
