Mar Hot Defend Her Title
Pinehurst, N. C, March 15, 1914.
The probability is that Miss Gladys
Ravenscroft, the English girl who holds
the national amateur golf championship,
will not return to defend her title next
year, f "You see I came for weeks and
I have remained months," said Miss
Ravenscroft, "and I doubt very much if
father will consent to my return."
t "Perhaps he will relent," suggested
Mrs. Barlow. t"P,erhaps," was Mi?s
Ravenscroft's reply. New York Sun.
