The Governor's trophy went to Mrs. C. B. Hollingsworth of Greensburg after two very close matches with Mrs. Law rence Swift of Yahmendasis in the finals and Miss Louise Elkins of Oakmont in the semi-finals, a case of only a stroke on the last hole in each case. Mrs. T. R. Palmer of Erie made way with the third division in runaway form, taking the final match from Mrs. G. B. Johnson of Brae Burn 7 and 6, and her match from Miss Clara Murdock 6 and 5. The hardest contest in this division was a nineteen hole match won by Mrs. Johnson over Mrs. E. V. Murphy, Aronimink. Mrs. E. W. Alexander of Santa Bar bara won the fourth division, beating Miss Aileen Kemp of Lambton in the final round 2 and 1. The fifth division went to Mrs. M. H. Frayne of Dun woodie, the sixth to Miss Euth Hitchborn of Lexington, while Miss Helen Brown from Lambton captured the trophy for the seventh and Miss K. C.
