the Tin "Whistles, has handed us a sched
ule of the Club's tournaments for this
season, which started on November 15
with the playing of Selected-Drive four
somes and provides for practically every
known and some unknown varieties of
golfing contests. A bewildering array of
prizes have been donated by club mem
bers.
The annual Team Match and Dinner
is announced for March 14, and the an
nual Club Championship for March 20,
21 and 22. A Medal Play, two class,
event on April 10 concludes the schedule
which is as follows:
November 15. Foursomes, Medal Play,
Selected drive, one pair prizes.
November 28. Medal Play, two classes.
December 5. Four-Ball against Par. All
partners, one set of prizes.
December 12. Against Bogey, three
classes.
December 19. Swatfest, two classes, prize
best net.
December 26. Four -Ball against Par, two
pairs of prizes.
January 4. Four-Ball against Par. All
partners.
January 9. Medal Play. Twelve selected
holes, six in each 9.
January 16 and 17, Eound Robin. Prize
for best net, six sets of four to qualify
on net scores. Prize to each four.
January 17. Medal play for those not in
Match Play.
January 21. Four-Ball, Best Ball, Medal
Play, two pairs of prizes.
January 27. Par-Bogey Tournament.
Four classes II. H. system. Prizes by
II. E. Porter and the club.
February 6, 7, 8 and 9. Three-Ball Match.
Twenty-seven to qualify. Prize for best
net play-off on 6-point system for three
prizes.
February 7. Medal Play for those not in
Match Play, two prizes.
February 13. Foursomes. Medal Play.
Four pairs of prizes by II. C. FoAvnes
and the club.
February 21. Eighteenth Anniversary.
Flag Contest. Four classes, one prize
each class. The right of way on No. 2
course is given to the Tin Whistles for
two hours in the afternoon.
February 27. Four-Ball. Best Ball
against Par, three pairs of prizes.
March 3. Four-Ball Best Ball against
Par. All partners.
March 14. Fourteenth annual Team
Match and Dinner. Reds vs Blues. Flag
ceremony at Dinner.
March 16. Mixed Foursomes. Medal Play
four pairs of prizes.
March 20, 21 and 22, Nineteenth annual
Tin Whistle Championship, 54 holes
medal play.
March 27. Four-Ball Best Ball against
Par, three pairs of prizes.
March 28. Medal play for those who have
not won a prize this season.
April 10. Medal Play, two classes, for
prizes presented by James Barber and
the Pinecrest Trophy.
