at the Hill home in Murfreesboro.
The bride-elect was presented a
corsage of white carnations and
given a silver bell.

Mrs. 'Edwin Brill of Rodnoke
Rapids and the late Broadus E.
Lassiter are the bride’s parents.
The bridegroom is the son of
Mr, and Mrs, Wilson W, Hughes
of Garysburg.
Mrs. Harry Nelson of Garys
burg presented a program of
wedding music. Mrs. Ronald
Boone of Jackson was soloist.
Mrs. Zenobia Johnson of Roa
noke Rapids was mistress of
ceremonies for her niece’s wed
ding.
The bride’s uncle, Arthur Lar-
rimore, of Littleton gave her in
marriage.
Miss Thelma Kay Lassiter was
her sister’s maid of honor, Mrs.
Wilson A. Hughes, sister-in-law
of the bridegroom, and Miss
Molly Johnson, both of Weldon,
were bridesmaids.
The bridegroom’s father was
best man. Ushers were Wilson
A. Hughes of Weldon, brother
of the bridegroom, and William
