the late Helen Maye Flythe and bounded on
the north, south and west by other Helen
Maye Flythe lands; and on the east by North
Carolina Highway number 35 leading from
Conway to Pendleton, containing 8-10 of an
acre as shown by map and survey made by
T. J. Jessup, Registered Surveyor dated
December 8, 1969, and being the home place
of the late Milton and Helen Maye Futretl
Flythe.
Tract 2 — All of the farm land belonging to
the heirs of the late Helen Maye Flythe
bounded and described as follows: Bounded
on the north by the lands formerly owned by
T. R. Davis, now owned by N. B. Boone, Jr.,
and Roger Bryant; on the east by state high
way number 35 leading from Conway to
Pendleton and tract number one herein
described; on the south by the lands for
merly owned by R. S. Hundley, and now
owned by Mrs. Iris Flythe Liverman and
tract number one herein described; on the
west by the lands of R. R. Allen, now owned
by Miss Geneva Allen, and the lands for
merly owned by John Lewis Deioatch, now
owned by John C. Dickerson, containing 100
acres more or less as shown by deed from L.
M. Futrell and wife, Emma Futrell to Helen
Maye Futrell Flythe, dated May 5, 1937, of
record in the Northampton County Registry
in Book 280 at page 236, and being a part of
lot number four (4) in the division of the
lands of the late Doctor M. H. Futrell. See
also Northampton County Registry Book 540,
page 468.
The manner of sale will be as follows:
(a) Tract number 1 and 2 will be sold
separately and then will be combined and
offered for sale as one tract, and the bid will
be reported to the Court in the manner In
which It brings the greater aggregate price.
(b) The highest bidder will be required to
deposit with the undersigned Commissioners
five per cent (5 per cent) of his bid as
evidence of good faith.
(c) This property is being sold subject to
all taxes for 1970.
