That bonds in the amount of 312,500.00 shall be issued for the purpose of purchasing u fire truck ..iid accessories, and in order to cre ate a sinking fund for the retire ment of said bonds and for the pay ment of the interest on same., a tax : ufficient for that purpose shall be iMinuall,v levied and collected during (he time that said bonds tire to run.
