One day a man came into his store, bought a can ot oysters, aie auui half of them and left the oa lance. At the time he (Morton) had a hog sick with cholera winch had eaten nothing for a day or two. and ne emptied the remaining oysters mio the trough. 1 He nog aie mem, so he cut another can, put some ot Darker & Moore s llors and t.auie Powders into the oysters and gave them to the hog. He ate them, am. berafi to improve. The next day he" repeated the dose, and the hog was soon well. He has tried it three times since with the result of a cure in each case.
