Hancock and .Wife Thirteen Prisoners in Jail File v -T -Their Way Out The citizens of- Jlockingham were father , surprised Thursday morning when they learned that all the prisoners in jail but two had escaped.- : . - , 1 - A white man, charged with carrying concealedweapons, was the cause of all the mischief. It seems that the - lock of -the cell door was filed so that it -was an easy matter - to get out into the corridor. Here they hied "the fire escape lock and by tying blankets together they let them selves to the ground, :some 20 or more feet below. All this hap pened - somewhere about - mid- nigh. ' - '-... .. .
