This question of adequate fire protection should be of vital interest to every citizen of this town and those who are interested are exacted and requested to make it. their business to attend this meeting and bring as many citizens with them as they can induce to attend. The object of the meeting is to organize a Fire Department for the t3wn of Roanoke Rapids, with a system of regular and systematic drills under the di rection of a trained fire fighter.
