Mr. Senie contemplates going in to the mercantile business in Newport News on a large scale. Mr. Senie has been in the com munity about two years and has made many friends. He has been enterprising, progressive and at all times has stood ready to do his part in anything that was for the good of the com munity. (Juite a number of Christmas gifts were displayed and ideas in regard to making them exchang ed, besides the usual amount of sewing, alter which delicious refreshinenls were served.
