AUTO COLLISION ON AVENUE The Avenue was most thoroughly lubricated with kero sene on last Tuesday morning when a delivery truck of Taylor & Collier collided head on with a Ford car belonging to Moses Whitley. The driver of the truck was slightly injured and both cars were pretty badly damaged. The occupants of the Ford were not hurt at all, but that truck's load, consisting of five gallon ans of kerosene, sustained heavy casualties. The blame for the collision seemed to rest on the driver of the Ford car, which turned into the Avenue from Third Street on the wrong side of the road.
