mer recreational fund bringing ine

financing the entire program.

meeting will begin at JV30 in the

according to The Report of Paley
Commission, appointed.by Presi
dent Eisenhower.
In April, 1953, there were 46,
800.000 households in the U. S.
By 1975 there will bean estimat
ed 62.400.000. This indicates 500.
000 to COO.OOO will be replaced
in 1975 and tin additional 800,
000 to 1 million will be built
to absorb the net increase in
population.
Public construction, therefore,
is expected to be about 50 per
cent above the 1950 level oy
1975. It is estimated the general
rise in construction will be about
30 per cent between 1950 and
1975.
