The next term of the Swain
county Superior court convenes at
Bryson City on Monday, October 20t
with Judge Ferguson presiding. At
this term the case against -Nancy
Hannah Kurley, charged with the
murder of her little grand daughter,
will be tried, this case having been
removed from this county. A large
number of witnesses will have to
attend the court there.
