Hunt Lumber Company under contract made by them or either of then with the Climax Manufacturing Com' piny of Oorry, Pa, for .locomotive, of Climax engine operated on said rail' road as well as all leasehold estates, rights of way etc, heretofore used by the said R. G. Hunt Lumbar Company in its timber and wocd operations in and Near Balsam Gap, N, O. Also the stock of goods of the said R.
