Wilson, Sheriff of the County of Jackson in the State of North Carolina, do hereby certify that the following described real estate in the said County and State was listed for taxes in Cullowhee Township, by Preston Bryson Heirs as real estate described and bound ed as follows: lying and being in Cullowhee Township, County of Jackson and State of North Carolina beginning at a mountain oak, in the gap of a ridge, runs thence North "> 64 East 80 poles to a stake, thence South 80 poles to a stake, thence South 40 West 150 poles to a stake, thenee North 50 West 70 poles to a Stake, then North 40 East 150 poles to the beginning, being 1-3 interest in th? 100 acre Preston Bryson tract. That said land was duly sold by me on the first day of May, 1922, in the manner provided by law, for de linquent taxes for the year 1921,' thereon amounting to four and 76 100 dollars, including interest and penalty there on, and the cost allow ed by law, to W. S. Bryson, for the said sum of $4.76; and I further certify that unless ?'redemption is made of said real estate in the man ner provided by law, the said W. S. Bryson will be entitled to a deed therefor, on and after the first day of May 1923, on surrender of this certificate.
