Jeff Risers, brother of Robert; is being held in the county jail as a material witness. Wiggins was 22 years of age afd had been a laborer' of public works in this- section. Rob ert Rogers, the alleged slayer, is also a young man, and was employed at various worfcs in this section during the past year. He is the son of James Rogers and onesided ahout four miles from Robbin&ville. The parents of Wiggins died some years ago. According to the story brought to the sheriff's office by neighbors around the scene of the shooting Wig ins and the two Rogers, met earlier in the day on the highway, not far from the place where the killing oc curred..
