Since the greater bulk of ferti- I lizers produced today are delivered direct to the farm in con- trast to the bey-at-the-ware- I, house system, the Department 11 officials have announced that | "more and more samples of fertilizer wil be gathered at the farm or on farm route| in order to obtain more representative samples." Coltrane emphasized that "all farmers in the state having a ton or more of fertilizer at their farms are urged to write the State Department of Agriculture if they desire samples to be taken and analyzed."
