Mr. (Wrarrior) Michael Pearson died
in. Morganton township. Burke coun
ty, last Sunday and was buried Mon
day. He was 84 years old. He re
ceived two government and one State
pension, hence his bein called 'War
rior' Pearson. He was in three wars.
He was sick only a few days with pneu
monia and was attended by Dr. E. S.
Warlick. He also associated Dr. R.
C. Pearson with him.
