To most people Electricity means the same thing, but there are many kinds of Electricity used in medicine. The most important is the Galvanic; in fact this may be said to be more valuable than all other kinds combined. It is the kind used to light our lamps and has other important uses in the arts. WHILE IT IS VALUABLE It is atao dangerous in inexperienced hand, aryl many failures charged to Electricity are due to the ignorance of operators. Our Galvanic appa ratus is the latest at? d finest manufactured. Treatments may be given that would not harm an infant; and they mav be given stronger than the most roDust man coma bear, just as a dose of medicine is OUR STATIC MACHINE Is o ie of the finest and most powerful made. It is used not only for the produc tion of X-Rays. but a variety of valuable treatments are given. To any one not familiar -with , electrical treatments a cordial invitation is extended to take one treatment free. With our other electrical machines and instruments the same rule has b.een foil iwed to obtain the best regardless of cost. We claim to be bettar equipped in this respect than any other institution in the South. Elec tric baths are a favorite with many and we have the most approved methods of administering the same. Electricity is also the most effective agent in the re moval of moles, warts, superfluous hair, etc. ADDRESS EDWIN SOUTHERN PINES. Southern Pines Hotel, ' ACCOMMODATES 50 GUESTS, .
