Participants must be of average weight, nonsmokers, and not taking medications (oral contraceptives may be allowed, with exceptions). Females must not be pregnant. The study will be conducted over a three week period involving a 2-hour screening visit and two 3-day/2-night inpatient treatment periods. The treatment periods will be separated by 7-14 days. Testing involves oral and IV medications and approximately 96 blood draws (approximately 1 pint total). Compensation will be S3OO for completion of the study.
