Reports state that a subject entered the establishment, located at 407 W. Franklin St, at about 6:22 p.m., at which point the subject displayed a handgun and then demanded money. Beth Pozner, an employee at El Patio Loco, said the subject was a black male, roughly 5 feet 7 inches tall and in his mid-20s.
