Eugene Cameron Flint, 22, of 1818 Gorman St. A, in Raleigh, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. at the RBC Center while attempting to break into an ATM inside the arena. Now both Chapel Hill police and the UNC Department of Public Safety have sent charges to Raleigh to be served on Flint by the Wake County Sheriffs Department.
